Ben Lake is Plaid Cymru's candidate for the new seat of Ceredigion Preseli - which extends from Cardigan to Llanrhian along the Pembrokeshire coast, and includes the inland wards of Crymych, Clydau, Maenclochog and Cilgerran.
Since his election as Ceredigion's MP in 2017, Ben has gained a reputation as an energetic local campaigner who is prepared to work across party lines for the benefit of his constituency and all his constituents. He was named 'Politician to Watch' at ITV's awards in 2017, and in 2019 he was nominated as MP of the Year.
